The Importance Of Innovation In Leadership

Our favorite sport is taking a creative idea and successfully exploiting it - AKA Innovation!

Creativity generates and innovation applies. You can’t have one without the other. We believe play is the missing piece of most of our corporate systems. We need it to survive, I’ll tell you why:

Scientists have discovered that it takes approximately 400 repetitions to create a new synapse in the brain unless it’s done in play, in which case it only takes 10-20 repetitions 

Innovation keeps you ahead of your competitors and clients. It allows for efficiency and productivity, growth and expansion and helps forge sustainability and social responsibility. 

You have to be brave enough to do something that others didn’t dare to do.  The cocktail that makes up innovation is knowledge paired with will and ambition.
