Héctor Alvarado Arias graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana (Industrial Design). With a Master of Design from UTS, Sydney, Australia.

He began sculpture in 2000. He investigates topics related to principles of classical physics, fractals, the subatomic world (microcosm), concepts of astronomy (macrocosm), etc.

His work is a praise to a dynamic system called the Universe.
